I live with my husband and teen daughter off the grid in a home built of strawbales along the Rio Grande Gorge, a spectacular 800 foot deep canyon in northern New Mexico on the ancestral lands of the Red Willow People. I've been in New Mexico 20 years now, but I'm originally from the suburbs of New York City. So, a little bit different.

I prefer the rural life, being close to wild spaces, and that's part of the reason I became a certified Nature Therapy Guide. I also teach yoga and meditation and am a certified reiki practitioner and energy worker.

I’m a writer, artist, educator, and guide with an MFA in Creative Writing, two published books, and years of experience helping people develop their creative voice and reconnect with the land. My work is informed by animism, sensory awareness, forest immersion, and a deep respect for the intelligence of the natural world.

Since 2002, I have taught writing and nature-based practices in both online and in-person settings, including workshops, retreats, one-on-one mentorship, and earth-based experiential courses. My approach is intuitive, gentle, and practical, supporting you to mindfully create and live in ways that feel authentic and alive.

I combine all my skills into creating indepth course curriculum here at All of Us Stardust that translates esoteric ideas into easy systems so everyone-- urban, rural, outdoorsy or indoorsy-- can learn to reconnect to their wild soul.
