Nature-based creative courses and experiences
for those who want to reconnect with the wild within.

Once upon a time, you were a barefoot, feral child who befriended bugs and talked with trees. Until you were told it was all "make believe," and you stopped trusting yourself and your relationship with the natural world around you.
When you are disconnected from nature, you are disconnected from yourself. This disconnection can cause you to feel like you are unworthy, unsupported and without a sense of true belonging. You can end up spinning into cycles of self-doubt, looking to others for validation, and pushing yourself harder and harder for a fulfillment that seems out of reach.
The natural world longs to be in relationship with you again. If you are reading this, the wild within you is calling, all you have to do is answer.

“I have been and still am a seeker, but I have ceased to question stars and books; I have begun to listen to the teaching my blood whispers to me.” - Hermann Hesse
Do you hear a call from deep within your core for something unnamed, untamed that does not exist in the world of modernity, something much more ancient that you can't quite pinpoint?
Does your yearning feel elusive, only rarely quenched in dreams, in trance, in myth, art and music, and always in nature?
The wild within is the part of you that can reach into the darkest night and pull out a seed of enormous transformation to heal the whole world,
the part of you that cries from long ago ancestral pasts into the far away future,
the part of you that makes magic of stones, casts spells with songs, shifts energy with your hands, reaps the wisdom of trees, howls in the moonless night,
the part of you that does not shy away from the taboo but laughs at it with a trickster yelp and welcomes it in for supper.

Make self-care, rest, and restoration an integral part of your life, not just for special times or weekends.
Feel rooted, supported and grounded, so you can easily ebb and flow with the current of life, at peace with divine timing.
Trust that the universe supports you, even when it doesn’t feel that way.
Be present and fully embodied with all your senses alive.
Experience the contentment of inherent gratitude for the simple things in life.
Reconnect to your true self & remember your life purpose as an intrinsic part in the whole of existence.
Remember the magic of childhood when every tree was a friend and every butterfly a potential fairy.
Absorb nature’s healing properties.

A creative journey into writing with intuition, nature connection, and embodied presence.
Train your senses to experience the land in a deeper, more intuitive way.

Slow down and engage in sensory immersion designed to restore calm and connection.
Write outdoors, explore place‑based storytelling, engage with the natural world in Taos, New Mexico.

18 Simple Steps You Can Do RIGHT NOW to Free Yourself from the Grind and the Grid
“The earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the earth.
All things are connected like the blood that unites one family.
Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it.
Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.
The earth is sacred and men and animals are but one part of it.
Treat the earth with respect so that it lasts for centuries to come and is a place of wonder and beauty for our children.”

Hello!
I'm a Nature Therapy Guide and the creatrix here at All of Us Stardust.
I guide people seeking deeper creative expression and connection with the natural world. My work blends ecology, sensory awareness, intuition, and creative ritual to support both personal growth and creative practice.
When I'm not in creation mode, you can find me gardening, working on my off-grid strawbale home, or hiking with my husband and teen daughter along the Rio Grande Gorge, a spectacular 800 foot deep canyon in Northern New Mexico on the ancestral lands of the Red Willow People.
